REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Minister for State-Owned Company Dahlan Iskan invites several companies to help the newly elected Governor of Jakarta, Joko Widodo or Jokowi, to resolve some problems of Jakarta’s infrastructure. "State-owned companies have the ability to tackle problems faced by the Jakarta Government," he said on Tuesday. One main problem to be solved is traffic jam.
Minister Iskan and Jokowi held a 15-minute meeting yesterday to talk on infrastructure in Jakarta. The discussion covers the building of monorail, enhancing the service of KRL, building of affordable apartment, and the building of special road for trucks from Bekasi to Tanjung Priok.
