REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Chairman of Gerindra Party, Suhardi said that human right issues that often attacked Prabowo Subianto supposedly did not need to be discussed because it had been completed in the Court.

The Court is the most qualified agency to examine the legal statement. This country based on law and Indonesia have to refer to it.

"I believe on the Court. It has fulfilled all the requirements. We believe the Court," Suhardi said on Friday as reported by Erdy Nasrul.

According to him, people are quite intelligent to think rationally in responding such issues because it has been heard many times. People have been tired with political issue in this country.

"When Prabowo was nominated as vice presidential candidate in 2009, the same issue came up. General Election Commission (KPU) passed him. Now the same issue arises about him and KPU still passed him. I think majority of Indonesian people already know and trust the court," Suhardi added.

At a press conference on Thursday, Wiranto called Prabowo as the person behind the kidnappings of activists in 1998. Suhardi believes that Wiranto's statement will not affect Prabowo-Hatta electability.

According to him, Prabowo is prefer to think about hundreds of millions of people in Indonesia than focus on such issues. The fate of Indonesian people is very depending on leader who will come. If a leader only thinks about small thing, then this nation will be in pain.
