REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BENGKULU -- National Defense Forces (TNI) Chief General Moeldoko is scheduled to commence a two-day working visit to Bengkulu before proceeding to West Sumatra.
"The TNI chief is scheduled to arrive in Bengkulu on Tuesday afternoon after completing his working visit to Lampung," Garuda Mas Military Command Post Chief Colonel Inf Fajar Budiman stated here on Tuesday morning.
He noted that while in Bengkulu, Moeldoko will give directives to Army and Navy soldiers and civil servants in the province, among other things.
On Tuesday night, the TNI chief will hold a meeting with Bengkulu provincial government officials and community figures at Balai Semarak, or the official residence of the Bengkulu governor.
Fajar remarked that on Wednesday, Moeldoko will deliver a public lecture to over one thousand students from numerous colleges at the University of Bengkulu.
From Bengkulu, the TNI chief will head to West Sumatra, North Sumatra, and Riau Islands province.
