REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Selection Committee Team (Pansel) of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) ensured a series of test of the third stage selection of KPK’s leader candidates, were capable of selecting candidates for the leadership of KPK with higher quality. The third stage selection process was considered more comprehensively in browsing capability in 48 candidates.

Spokesman of KPK’s Selection Committee Team, Betti Alisjahbana, said 48 candidates have completed a series of test in the third stage selection. From a series of selection, Pansel succeeded in digging deeper into the various capabilities of the candidates.

"We saw variety of experiences and insight of the candidates. The results of this third stage selection could be more qualified because of a series of tests carried out in more detail," she said when contacted by ROL, on Wednesday, July 29.

In addition to the above two things, Pansel also noted several managerial competencies and other competencies of the 48 candidates. Later, the third stage selection assessment results which were compiled by the institution of assessors will be presented to the selection committee members.

Then the assessment results were combined with the public responses, the track record of the institution and Pansel’s assessment of the 48 candidates. All assessment posts will be used to determine a short list of candidates who qualify for the fourth stage selection. The third stage selection results announced on August 12.

"All of a series of tests and assessment posts aimed at finding a quality and effective leadership in leading KPK in the future," he said.
