REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, PARIGI -- Some 77 Indonesian parachutists will demonstrate Free Fall, Rubber Dock, and the Felly Water Jump to enliven Sail Tomini's peak event on Kayu Bura Beach, Parigi Moutong District, Central Sulawesi, on Saturday (Sept. 19).
The 77 parachutists are personnel of the Indonesian Navy and Air Force, according to information received from the Sail Tomini task force command post, here, Thursday.
President Joko Widodo will be present during the peak ceremony.
At least 12 foreign naval chiefs of staff and several foreign diplomats are also expected to attend the international maritime event.
Furthermore, the Indonesian Navy will deploy 27 warships to participate in a sailing pass to be organized during the event in Central Sulawesi Province on September 19, 2015.
Six foreign warships respectively from Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, and China will also join the sailing pass.
As many as 100 local traditional sailing boats, 17 fishing boats, and 51 yachts will participate in the sailing pass.
