REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- At the end of 2023, exactly on Friday, December 22, 2023, BWA together with the people of Mangunkert Village inaugurated the project wajek wajek provides clean water facilities in Kampung Mangun, Mangunkert Village, Cugenang District, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province.

This is the 52nd clean water resource waqaf project that the BWA has unveiled. The benefits have been felt directly by the people in Mangunkert Village. The withdrawal of the 300 meter long pipe and the manufacture of the tub and the installation of submersible pipes have been completed. Happiness is felt by the beneficiary community, praying that the kindness of the vicars will be rewarded by Allah SWT.

Also present at the inauguration were BWA Program and Fundraising Director Ustadz Heru Binawan, Mrs. Ira Rismayati as Head of Mangunkert Village, community leaders, and Mangunkert villagers.

“This Mangunkert village is the village affected by the Cianjur earthquake of November 21, 2022. At the time of the earthquake, the source of clean water in Mangunkert disappeared, so we drew water from the springs from Ciburial. Thank God that with the waqf of BWA representatives we can help the residents of Mangunkert Village, “said Ustadz Heru Binawan as Director of Program & Fundraising BWA in the inauguration activities, in a release received by Republika Thursday (4/1/2024).

Ira Rismayati as the head of the village expressed her gratitude for the construction of a waqaf of clean water facilities in Mangunkert village. “I would like to thank the entire range of BWA who have helped clean water so that the enormous benefits were felt after the earthquake response. The more water flows, the more blessings are conveyed to the parents who have donated,” he said.

Ustadz Heru Binawan also thanked the friends of the wakif who had participated in the Mangunkert clean water resources waqaf project. “May goodness and happiness always flow for all of us. Aamiin yaa Rabbal 'Alamiin,” he said.
