REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, NEW YORK - Palestinian Freedom Committee calls for the international community to ban all products from Israel. While Indonesian Minister for Foreign Affairs Marty Natalegawa, in his capacity as the initiator of the sub-committee in Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), emphasized that the step was joint commitment to support the freedom of Palestine.
The freedom, he said on Friday, was including recognition of Palestine as a full member of United Nations (UN). Indonesia has maximized its diplomatic function to raise support for Palestine. In a press release accessed from setkab.go.id, Natalegawa also asks every country in Middle East to evaluate their relations with Israel. Furthermore, he suggests them to end any bilateral relations.
