Detachment 88 arrests three suspected terrorists in Poso

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, PALU - Anti-terror Detachment 88 arrested three alleged terrorists on Wednesday in Poso, Central Sulawesi. One of the alleged terrorists died during 30-minute fire attack with the police, the Chief of Poso Police Department, Eko Susanto, said on Wednesday.

Police made the arrest on 06.00 in a house at Kalora Village in Poso. "All alleged terrorists have been evacuated to Palu for investigation and treatment," he said.

Police also found a gun and seven active bombs. The bomb squad team (Gegana) detonated two of the bombs at the location. The Chief of Central Sulawesi Police Department, Dewa Parsana, said the body of "J" would be flown to Jakarta to be autopsied at National Police Hospital.
