Indonesia soccer team crushes PNG 6-0

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA --U-23 crushed Papua New Guinea (PNG) team 6-0 (2-0) of MNC Cup 2013 match at the Bung Karno main sports stadium here on Friday night.

The national soccer team which is prepared for the upcoming SEA Games 2013 in Myanmar on Thursday (Nov 21) also beat Laos 3-0 in the same tournament.

Thus, the Indonesian team collected six points after defeating Laos and PNG or atop the standings.

The MNC Cup 2013 was participated in by four teams, Indonesia, Laos, Maldives, and PNG.

PNG in the Friday night match fielded Wilbert Benjamin/Lepani Charles (goal keeper), Joe Daniel, Yang Peter Michael, Fugre Eliud Sainduo, Dabinyaba Nigel, Jamal Eugine Seeto, Semmy Tommy, Bala Roland Lasisi/kk, Sengum Maximilion, Sabua Jacob/kk and Upaiga Koriak.

Meanwhile, the Indonesian team fielded Andritany Ardiyasa (goal keeper), Roni Esar, Andri Ibo/Syahrizal, Manahati Lestusen/Mokhamad Syaifuddin, Alvin Tuasalamony, Dedi Kusnandar/Egi Melgiansyah, Rizky Pellu/Nelson Alom, Andik Vermansyah/Oktovianus, Dendi Santoso, Bayu Gatra and Yandi Sofyan/Aldair Makatindu.
