REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - The National Police will provide recommendations to Home Affairs Ministry about the dissolution of the Islam Defenders Front (FPI), according to National Police spokesman Inspector General Ronny F Sompie.
"Police can give recommendations to the Home Affairs Ministry," Inspector General Ronny F Sompie stated on Monday.
According to him, Home Affairs Ministry have the authority to dissolute the Islam Defenders Front (FPI). He said that the police will cooperate with Home Affairs Ministry as well as Justice and Human Rights Ministry to solve the FPI. According to him, the rally at City Hall and Council conducted by the FPI was under investigation by Jakarta Police.
