REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Head of Indonesian Football Federation (PSSI), Djohar Arifin, claims that Asian Football Confederation (AFC) fully supports PSSI to carry out reconciliation. AFC met with PSSI and Indonesian Soccer Rescue Committee (KPSI) on Thursday to settle conflict between two Indonesian football associations.

"Acting President of AFC, Zhang Jilong, welcomes PSSI plan," Arifin said. PSSI plans to return the clubs of Indonesia Super League (ISL) under PSSI flag instead of KPSI. PSSI has sent letters to ISL clubs on December 20, 2012.

Earlier, PSSI gave the deadline until January 9, 2013. However, none of the clubs officially replied the letter. Arifin said that he had reported the situation to AFC.
