REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG -- China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) Co. Ltd. has offered to cooperate with West Java to develop an industrial zone, according to West Java Deputy Governor Deddy Mizwar.
"We positively welcome CFLD's offer of cooperation to develop an industrial zone," Mizwar remarked after his meeting with CFLD President Director Zhao Hongjing here on Wednesday.
He said West Java Province was currently developing aerotropolis and metropolitan areas near the West Java International Airport (BIJB) in Majalengka District.
During the meeting with Hongjing, Miswar appointed PT BIJB to realize the cooperation with CFLD to develop an aerotropolis.
CFLD is principally engaged in the development and construction of industrial towns and urban real estate.
The company's industrial town development and construction businesses include land preparation, infrastructure construction, industrial development services, public utility services, and development of ancillary residential apartments.
CFLD also operates property companies and hotels, which provide property management and hotel services for ancillary residential apartments in industrial towns and urban apartments.
The company operates its business within the area around Beijing, including in the cities of Langfang, Zhangjiakou, and Qinhuangdao of Hebei Province.
Further, the CFLD president director noted that West Java was a strategic and attractive province for the Chinese company to invest in as the province offered natural beauty with pleasant weather.
"West Java is the most prospective region in Indonesia in terms of its development," Hongjing affirmed.
