REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Chairman of Selection Committee Team (Pansel), Destry Damayanti, said the committee did not set a quota for each stage of the selection process of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)’s leadership candidates. Leadership candidates who meet the assessment criteria of selection team could certainly qualify for the next selection stage.
"We don’t set a quota for each stage of the candidate’s selection. So, the qualified candidates can advance to the next stage," said Destry when contacted by ROL, on Wednesday, July 8.
According to Destry, the selection team has specific assessment criteria as the basis for determining which candidate who passed the selection at some stage. As confirmed related to assessment points in question, she did not want to give a detailed explanation.
"The point is, a good candidate certainly could pass. They will pass in accordance with the existing valuation basis," said Destry.
As is known, as many as 194 candidates are currently undergoing the second stage of KPK’s leader selection. Today, they are undergoing a series of objective and writing papers tests.
The announcement of the second stage will be conducted on July 15. Afterwards, the candidates will undergo assessment tests in the next July 27-28.
