REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk today (22/5/2024) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for Fiscal Year 2023. The AGM was attended by holders of 67.55 billion shares or 73.85 percent of Garuda Indonesia's overall shareholders.
“In accordance with the terms of the Meeting Attendance Quorum, this time the AGM discussed a number of events related to the company's performance in the 2023 financial year,” Garuda Indonesia President Director Irfan Setiaputra said in a written statement on Wednesday (22/5/2024).
Some of the highlights of the event are the Company's Annual Report for the Fiscal Year 2023, including the Company's Consolidated Financial Report and the Financial Report of the Company's Micro and Small Business Funding Program (PUMK). In addition also the Report on Supervisory Duties of the Board of Commissioners which expires on December 31, 2023.
Meanwhile, through the approval of the Meeting on the Management Change agenda, the Company also appointed Army Marshal (Purn) Fadjar Prasetyo as chief commissioner or independent commissioner. Fadjar replaced Timur Sukirno who now serves as independent commissioner.
Furthermore, the AGM also appointed Enny Kristiani as Director of Human Capital and Corporate Service. The position was previously filled by Rahmat Hanafi as Acting Director of Human Capital replacing the position of the late Salman El Farisiy who had left in early 2024.
With these changes, the following is the composition of the Board of Directors of Garuda Indonesia:
1. President Director: Irfan Setiaputra
2. Director of Finance and Risk Management: Prasetio
3. Commercial Director: Ade R. Susardi
4. Operations Director: Tumpal Manumpak Hutapea
5. Engineering Director: Rahmat Hanafi
6. Director of Human Capital and Corporate Service: Enny Kristiani
The composition of the Board of Commissioners is as follows:
1. Chief Commissioner/Independent Commissioner: Army Marshal (Purn) Fadjar Prasetyo
2. Commissioner: Chairal Tanjung
3. Independent Commissioner: Timur Sukirno.
